  • Personal Data Processing Notice (Privacy Notice)
       Because TG Cellular World Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) recognizes the importance of your personal data that you have entrusted to us, and as the Company is required to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), in order to protect the rights of individuals regarding the collection, use, and disclosure (“processing”) of personal data, this document is intended to inform you of how your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed.
       The Company kindly asks you to read this document to understand the purposes for which your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed.
  • 1.Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

       Purpose of Data Processing: The Company records and stores Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage collected from CCTV cameras installed within the Company’s buildings and premises as part of its security measures. This is to prevent potential hazards that may occur to individuals entering the premises or to prevent any damage to the Company.

       Legal Basis for Data Processing: The Company processes your personal data under the following legal bases:

                       ❒       Legitimate Interest: The Company processes your personal data to maintain the safety and security of employees, service users, and other individuals entering the premises, as well as to protect the Company’s assets from unauthorized access to restricted areas. This also includes the use of such data for investigating incidents occurring within the buildings and premises.

                       ❒       Legal Obligation: The Company may process your personal data to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from government authorities, or using the data as evidence in the event of crimes or accidents occurring within or around the buildings and premises.

  • 2.Personal Data to be Processed and Retention Period

   Types/Details of Personal Data: Video and/or audio recordings captured by Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems
   Retention Period: 30 days from the date of recording
   
   After the above retention period has elapsed, the footage will be automatically deleted from the system, or the Company will delete or anonymize the personal data so that it can no longer be used to identify any individual.


  • 3. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

       The Company discloses personal data to external agencies or third parties only as necessary and solely for the purposes and legal bases stated in Section 1. This may include, for example, employees and service providers engaged by the Company to operate CCTV systems and provide security services, who act as data processors on behalf of the Company. It may also include government authorities legally empowered to request personal data, such as the Royal Thai Police, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the Courts, or authorized government officials such as investigating officers and prosecutors. In addition, personal data may be disclosed to government agencies or officials for the purpose of supporting the Company’s legal proceedings or enforcement actions.


  •  4. Rights of the Data Subject

       You have the following rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019):
       (1) The right to withdraw consent for the Company to process your personal data
       (2) The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data that the Company has collected, used, or disclosed
       (3) The right to request the transfer of your personal data
       (4) The right to object to the processing of your personal data
       (5) The right to request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data so that it can no longer be used to identify you
       (6) The right to request suspension of the use of your personal data
       (7) The right to request correction of your personal data to ensure it is accurate, up to date, complete, and not misleading
       (8) The right to lodge a complaint if you believe that the Company, its officers, or representatives have violated your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019)

  •    Any request to exercise the above rights must be made in writing or through the electronic system provided by the Company. The Company will make its best efforts to process such requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with the legal timeframe. The Company will comply with all legal requirements relating to your rights as a data subject.

  •    However, certain limitations may apply to your rights. The Company will inform you if it is unable to comply with your request, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

       The Company reserves the right to charge any necessary and reasonable fees related to the processing of your personal data in response to your request.

  • 5. Changes to the Personal Data Processing Notice (Privacy Notice)
       To comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), this Personal Data Processing Notice (Privacy Notice) may be amended or updated from time to time. The Company will publish the most current version on its website and/or at its store(s).

  •    This document is issued in advance and shall be effective from 27 May 2020 onwards. In the event that the enforcement of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) is postponed, this Privacy Notice shall also be postponed accordingly and shall take effect on the same date as the enforcement of the said Act.
